CompleteCare Health Network was founded in 1973 as the Community Health Improvement Program. It’s origins as a group of individuals dedicated to improving the health of the community continues today, just on a much larger scale. This small operation has grown over the past several decades to become the largest health organization of its kind in South Jersey.
