Trades like Welding, Auto Repair, Construction etc. As a result we have in our communities two to three generations of youth and young adults that have such limited opportunities they resort to bad decisions, crime, and many become burdens on the welfare system. Which in turn creates more generations of the same. This is how we do our small part to combat this social epidemic by providing opportunities that not only pay a wage while learning the skill of working, but for some learning entrepreneurship to be their own bosses.
