Established in 1860, later incorporated in 1951, W. Corbett & Co is one of the country’s oldest, and most well respected galvanizing operations. Initially trading as an agricultural machinery manufacturer, by the 1910s the company had become one of Britain’s leading galvanizing operations, continuing as a family business until its incorporation in 1951. Specialising in hot-dip galvanizing and under new ownership since 2017.

Corbin Therapeutics is a spin-off company from AmorChem Fund 1, developing a sophisticated in-vivo genome-wide screening platform in mice undergoing experimental neuro-inflammation, from the laboratory of Dr Philippe Gros, Faculty of Medicine, McGill University, leading to a novel anti-inflammatory target in the deubiquitinylation (DUB) family of enzymes, more particularly USP15.
