Voorafgaand dient iedere locatie te worden geïnventariseerd waarna een sloopvergunning kan worden aangevraagd. Kwakkel Asbest BV stelt de planning voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden op, maakt melding van de werkzaamheden bij de instanties en stelt het werkplan op.
