Center for Testing and European Certification (CTEC) is a private organization, created in 2002 as one of the first Bulgarian Notified Bodies for conformity assessment (testing, control and certification) of technical products by the European Commission under No. 1871 for the New Approach Directives: - 2006/95/ЕС Low Voltage Directive, - 2006/42/EC Machinery, - 2000/14/ЕС Noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors, - Regulation(EU) No.305 Construction products.
