Culver-Stockton is a private, residential, four-year college in a beautiful setting on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi River. Academics and Career Preparation: Our curriculum blends the best of liberal arts with experience-based opportunities and an innovative academic calendar. Students pursue several courses each semester in the 12-week portion of the semester. In the 3-week term, most students focus on only one course. Experience-based opportunities across the 12-week + 3-week academic calendar include internships, clinical experience, and courses that include travel and field trips locally, regionally, domestically, and internationally.

The food bank is an affiliate of America's Second Harvest, the national network of certified food banks. Second Harvest Food Bank of Southeast North Carolina is one of six regional food banks serving all 100 counties in North Carolina. America's Second Harvest is the largest charitable hunger relief organization in the United States, soliciting and distributing more than one billion pounds of food and grocery products annually. The FOOD BANK rescues over 5,000,000 pounds of nutritious edible food annually that would otherwise be disposed of. Donations are received from national corporations through the Second Harvest Food network, local retail grocers, food industry partners and farmers. The FOOD BANK collaborates with 200 charitable organizations in a 7 county area. These organizations range from small to large - church pantries, day cares, soup kitchens, and senior citizens programs.
