Carolina Voices has been giving voice literally to the human experience for more than 59 years. Carolina Voices is choral arts organization embracing three vocal ensembles and performing a variety of music unequaled in the Charlotte community. Comprised of more than 130 volunteer singers in a given year, membership is by audition and interview. During the season, the three Carolina Voices ensembles produce concerts, workshops, educational opportunities and special events which touch thousands of adults and children in the diverse Charlotte Metrolina area. Carolina Voices is proud to provide a dynamic resource for those in greater the Charlotte area who wish to perform choral music as well as for those who enjoy listening to it.

The Mission of the Carolina Youth Development Center is to empower and equip our community’s vulnerable children by providing a safe environment, educational support, and career readiness, in collaboration with families and community partners. Our collection includes a full-scale replica of the Wright Flyer, a Piedmont DC-3, C-130, and our signature exhibit, US Airways Flight 1549, the "Miracle on the Hudson".
