Cast Launch's core business is to offer In-Port Limit (IPL) and Out-Port Limit (OPL) launch services to different anchorages around Singapore. Over the years, Cast Launch has grown and expanded to cover other subsidiaries called Cast Marine Offshore Pte Ltd and Hozun Oil & Trading Pte Ltd to serve the growing needs for other maritime services of its customers.

For more than twenty years we have been running successfully and on an international level our activity of die-casting custom-made articles and technical parts in zamak (i.e. a zinc-alloy). In particular, our production is designed for the clothing industry, the leather goods industry and for dog leads producing companies. Thanks to our long experience, we are able to offer our customers original solutions, an always increasing quality and a constantly up-to-date collection, created according to the newest trends. Our know-how and our efforts in research & development make us flexible and versatile towards the needs of all the customers of our international network. Our production is mainly characterized by differentiation. In fact, we can supply you with zamak buttons, spring-clips, buckles, rivets, studs, rings, zippers, cord fasteners and personalized items of every kind.

CastAlum is an internationally acclaimed aluminium die caster and machinist located in Mid Wales. The site was a Greenfield development in the winter of 2000-2001, serving one customer only. 20 years on, the company supplies parts to the UK, Europe, Canada, and Mexico. We have grown from supplying “cast only” parts to one customer, to supplying a range of products (in both High Pressure & Squeeze Cast) in cast, cast & machined, and assembled & tested as the needs of our customer base has dictated. 90% of all production is for export, with our components going into vehicles produced by VAG, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Fiat, Renault, Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar Land Rover, AML and other prestigious marques, as well as non-automotive customers. Over the past 9 years the Company has invested heavily in the development of new products, processes, and capabilities. Through our own investigation and expertise, we have been able to bring several process solutions to bear in meeting world class quality standards. Key to this is our “Forward Focus” ethos which drives change as our customers’ needs grow to meet the new challenges of Electric Vehicle (EV) and Low Carbon Vehicle (LCV) technology.
