Established in 2002, CDH Investments is one of the leading alternative investment fund managers focused on China today with over US$19 billion of assets under management, as of December 31, 2019. CDH was founded by WU Shangzhi, JIAO Shuge and four other investment professionals who worked together in the direct investment department of China International Capital Corporation beginning in 1995. From its roots in private equity, CDH has expanded to become a diversified alternative asset management platform covering: Private Equity, Real Assets, Venture and Growth Capital, Mezzanine&Credit, Public Equities and Wealth Management. CDH has more than 100 investment professionals working in offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. As a leading association the CDH represents more than 48,000 commercial agencies of all sectors. Our members are especially commercial agencies, i.e. independent companies, that intermediate goods between industrial firms, between industry and trade sector, or between wholesalers and retailers. However, the CDH is also open for other self-employed entrepreneurs that work in the sales business. Members of the regional associations are also industry representatives, distributors, sales engineers, merchandisers, etc. The CDH was established in 1902 and is the umbrella organization of 13 national associations in Germany. Furthermore, the CDH consists of 7 professional associations that can optimally represent the specific interests of the professions. Thereby, we can provide industry-specific expertise. CDH is the umbrella organization of 13 regional associations and 7 professional associations. We are the leading organization for distribution in Germany. We are a strong community and promote the interests of our members such as trade missions, industry representatives, commercial agents, distributors, sales engineers, merchandisers and commercial brokers. For our members we are providing expert legal advice, representation of their specific interests in the political field and connecting potential business partners.

ATENDIMENTO GRATUITO E PERMANENTE À POPULAÇÃO MIGRANTE No programa Espaço Migrantes*, uma equipe multidisciplinar oferece orientação e apoio para regularização migratória, assessoria jurídica, serviço social e atendimento psicológico à população migrante. *durante a pandemia de Covid-19, o atendimento é feito de forma remota PROJETOS DE FORMAÇÃO E GERAÇÃO DE RENDA A partir da compreensão das demandas urgentes da população migrante, atuamos junto a parceiros e outras organizações no desenvolvimento de projetos de formação, inserção qualificada de migrantes no mercado de trabalho e de promoção de geração de renda. As atividades incluem formações multidisciplinares em direitos civis e trabalhistas, inovação e desenvolvimento profissional, bem como a busca ativa por postos de trabalho, dentre outras, visando assim promover tanto a sustentabilidade dos empreendimentos das pessoas migrantes, como condições dignas de trabalho no mercado formal.
