District School Board Ontario North East is an Ontario English Public School Board serving Northeastern Ontario from Hearst to Temagami. It covers an extensive area of 25,000 square kilometres. Our vision is "To empower all learners to achieve personal excellence." Our main office is located in Schumacher at 153 Croatia Avenue and a secondary office is located in New Liskeard at 198022 River Road. Our schools offer English, French Immersion and Alternate Education programming, including the Early Learning Kindergarten Program with full-day Junior and Senior Kindergarten. We also have a strong online learning community through e-Learning Ontario of the Ontario Ministry of Education.

Somos una empresa familiar que comenzó sus actividades un 7 de Mayo de 1934. Desde su inicio, la actividad fue enfocada al calzado y accesorios, y se realizaba únicamente por canales minoristas a través de tres locales comerciales. Después de 35 años, se comenzó a operar en el mercado mayorista. El negocio fue creciendo paulatinamente y comenzamos a expandirnos; agregando zonas y generando nuevas fuentes de trabajo. Cuando logramos un volumen considerable de ventas, accedimos a la representación comercial de Fábrica Argentina de Alpargatas. Con el paso de los años, esta relación nos permitió seguir creciendo hasta llegar a ser el cliente número uno de Alpargatas, hecho que resultó muy relevante para Distrinando, ya que nos permitió llegar a Capital Federal y GBA, donde se concentra el 50% de la población del país. La expansión nos permitió comenzar a trabajar con claros objetivos de crecimiento, importando pequeñas cantidades de zapatos. Después de conocer los mecanismos del comercio exterior comenzaron las alianzas con importantes empresas, tomando la representación de sus productos para todo el país. Con los proveedores habituales nacionales, y la mercadería importada, nos consolidamos en el mercado construyendo un sólido equipo de ventas y administrativo, logrando atender casi todos los segmentos del rubro (deportivo, urbano y moda) con excelentes resultados diarios y con gran proyección de crecimiento al futuro.
