Danes Worldwide er en interesseorganisation, hvis overordnede mål er at gøre det så let som muligt for danskere at bo og arbejde i udlandet - og at vende hjem igen. Vi tager os af vores medlemmers trivsel blandt andet gennem vores mærkesager, dobbelt statsborgerskab, stemmeret og familiesammenføring, som vi hver dag arbejder for at gøre til en selvfølge for udlandsdanskerne. Desuden rådgiver vi, gennem vores sekretariat i København og vores 100 repræsentanter rundt om i verden, vores medlemmer i alt fra lokalt skolevalg til skatteforhold og statsborgerskab. Vi tilbyder fjernundervisning i dansk til børn i alle aldre og mulighed for at gå til Folkeskolens afgangsprøve. Foreningen rækker ud til ca. 20.000 udedanskere i 123 lande. Læs mere på danes.dk H.M. Members gain access to a network of other global Danes who care about maintaining their roots, language, and culture. We work to improve the lives of expatriated Danes through our advocacy activities regarding civil rights, education, and economy. Danes Worldwide offers online Danish language courses on various levels for children and adolescents living abroad. Danes Worldwide has more than 100 representatives around the world. The representatives are committed expatriate Danes who have volunteered to serve as a contact person for other Danes Worldwide members in the local area.
