Our outreach center in Big Bear Lake, CA provides individual and group counseling, legal advocacy and emergency services. We operate a 17 bed shelter for all victims of domestic violence and a 24/7 toll free crisis hotline at 1-800-851-7601. Our Mission Offering intervention, education, and prevention services to those affected by domestic violence as they build safe and healthy lives.

Originally created as an internal tool by Dana Lynch Design (DLD), dovetail was meant to handle large projects in a way that was scalable and eliminated errors. Over the course of designing and building 800+ homes, dovetail grew to become a shared institutional knowledge base, focusing on repeatable inputs that create uniformity and scalability. By simply asking one question, “what exact information is needed to execute your job autonomously,” the tool taps into each partner’s specific expertise and requirements. Those deep insights were then built into the app in order to extract the needed information up front. In taking the necessary time to understand each arm of the building process, their individual requirements, and where mistakes and miscommunications most often occur, DLD quickly realized the potential of dovetail.
