Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. (DGRI) is the organization responsible for city building and place-management in the urban core of the City of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Established in 2013, DGRI serves as the singular management entity for the combined operations of the Downtown Development Authority, the Downtown Improvement District, and the Monroe North Tax Increment Finance Authority. Downtown Grand Rapids Inc.'s mission is to accelerate Downtown Grand Rapids'​ transition to a best-in-class American city.

The Downtown Kingston Business Improvement Area (BIA) is an association of more than 700 businesses and property owners located in the core commercial area of the City of Kingston. The organizations mission is to cultivate and enhance downtown Kingston’s position as the region’s leading culinary, entertainment, shopping and services destination, while attracting more people to experience and contribute to our vibrant downtown community, while fostering an environment in which businesses can find success.

DLP provides a strategically coordinated approach to Downtown revitalization and management and acts as the single point of contact and accountability. Specifically, DLP works to create a successful, vibrant Downtown by proactively and strategically working with our partners to:  Develop and improve Downtown.  Provide enhanced cleaning, beautification and safety services.  Market and promote Downtown.  Address critical issues that affect the success of Downtown on behalf of stakeholders and the regional community. The Downtown Lexington Partnership (DLP) is a consolidation of the Downtown Lexington Corporation and the Lexington Downtown Development Authority.

Founded in 1967, the Downtown Lincoln Association was originally established as a merchants association by downtown retailers who recognized the need for an organization to serve downtowns unique needs. DLA has since evolved to a multi-faceted organization supporting a wide range of programs and activities including maintenance, economic development and advocacy. DLA is also the umbrella for Updowntowners, Inc., downtowns events production arm and the Downtown Neighborhood Association. The association works closely with the Lincoln Haymarket Development Corporation to support Haymarket revitalization and attractions. Our Vision: Create an energetic downtown environment where we live, learn, work, invest and play. Mission Statement: The Downtown Lincoln Association provides services and champions initiatives for maintaining and enhancing our vibrant downtown.
