Dura-Wear Industries has been trading for over 45 years, specialising in garment design, manufacture, import, wholesale and retail operations. We are a national supplier with a broad range of clients, from small businesses with only a handful of staff through to large multinationals. We employ over 30 staff across 6 sites in Victoria and NSW. Established in 1974, our first factory opened in Fitzroy, Victoria before moving to Northcote in the early 1980's. It was here that the factory workforce grew to over 40 staff when local garment manufacturing was still a viable option in Australia. Remaining true to our roots we still maintain in-house manufacturing, allowing us full control of the design and sampling process, in addition to short -run specialised garments, repairs and alterations. We now operate our own exclusive offshore manufacturing operation that continues our proud and longstanding manufacturing history.
