April 2021 veröffentlichten Ad-hoc-Mitteilung, in der der Vorstand der DVB Bank SE die Absicht bekannt gegeben hat, sich auf ihre alleinige Anteilseignerin, die DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, im Wege der Verschmelzung zu integrieren, möchten wir Ihnen hiermit mitteilen, dass die Verschmelzung am 12. August 2022 vollzogen wurde. Folglich besteht der Rechtsträger DVB Bank SE nicht mehr.
