Dynamic Kitchens, formerly known as Jem-Dor Woodcraft Limited, was founded by Herman Dougherty in 1975. Herman was a believer in building quality products at affordable prices. Drew and Shelley Pelc purchased the company in early 2012 from the Dougherty family and almost immediately re-branded the company to Dynamic Kitchens. The belief being that Dynamic Kitchens would more accurately describe the core focus and direction of the business as forward thinking with increased flexibility of design and being on top of all current design trends. With over 50 years of combined kitchen industry experience, Drew and Shelley hand selected many of their key employees who make up the current Dynamic Kitchens team.
