OPC is the public advocate for natural gas, electric and telecommunications ratepayers in DC, The Office represents DC utility ratepayers interests before the PSC, FERC, FCC, other utility regulatory bodies and the Courts. OPC conducts consumer education and outreach. We represent individual consumers with complaints related to their utility service and bills.
