Zusätzlich wurde ein Webentwickler aus Polen eingestellt, der in Deutschland arbeitete. Dieser Entwickler zeigte eine überdurchschnittliche Arbeitsmotivation, da die Mitarbeit bei einem in Deutschland ansässigen Unternehmen einen deutlichen Karriereschub für Entwickler aus Osteuropa darstellt. Außerdem konnte eine Kostenersparnis von etwa 7% erzielt werden, da Entwickler aus Osteuropa oft geringere Gehaltsanforderungen haben im Vergleich zum Marktdurchschnitt in Deutschland.
