A história que deu início à criação da empresa DelMoro se iniciou em 1957, em uma pequena cidade no interior do Paraná. Duílio Luiz Del Moro possuía um pequeno bar na cidade Siderópolis e contava com a ajuda do seu filho mais velho, Jocondo Del Moro, na administração. No ano seguinte, Duílio mudou-se com sua família para Laranjita, região rural na divisa entre Medianeira e São Miguel do Iguaçú, no Paraná, onde passaram a se dedicar à agricultura. Em 1966, Jocondo Del Moro começou a vender bebidas, doces e cereais em sua própria casa. Com o aumento da procura por seus produtos, ele resolveu montar no ano seguinte o Armazém Santo Antônio. Em 1974, Jocondo Del Moro firmou uma sociedade com José Sangaletti, na qual fundaram a Casa Aurora, um comércio de gêneros alimentícios na cidade de São Miguel Iguaçú. Após quatro anos, em 1978, em busca de uma nova oportunidade de negócio, Jocondo Del Moro, acompanhado de seus irmãos Dernei Olindo Del Moro, Antonio Del Moro, Paulo Del Moro e Clecino Del Moro, chegou em Alta Floresta, cidade localizada na região norte de Mato Grosso, com ótimas perspectivas de progresso e crescimento. Foi então que nasceu no estado a Casa Aurora, uma loja com um conceito de armazém em que os clientes eram atendidos diretamente no balcão por aproximadamente 25 colaboradores. Em 1984, chegou ao fim a sociedade com José Sangaletti e a empresa passou a ser familiar. Com o crescimento da região norte mato-grossense, o negócio começou a se expandir. Em 1987, foi inaugurado o primeiro supermercado da rede, em Apiacás. No ano seguinte, a matriz em Alta Floresta deixou o conceito de armazém, tornando-se também um supermercado. Em 1990, a filial em Peixoto de Azevedo foi inaugurada, seguindo o desenvolvimento da região fomentada pelo garimpo. Assim, atingiu-se o momento atual da história da empresa: DelMoro, Todo Dia Seu!
