The Delaware River & Bay Authority (DRBA), created by Compact in 1962, provides vital transportation links between the two states of Delaware and New Jersey. It is committed to the public safety and economic development of communities in Delaware and the four southern counties of New Jersey. The Authority operates the Delaware Memorial Bridge, two ferry systems and five aiports. Ferry systems include the Cape May-Lewes Ferry connecting the shore towns of Cape May, NJ and Lewes by crossing the Delaware Bay and Forts Ferry Crossing, which drives tourism traffic to the historic forts on the Delaware River from Fort Delaware to Fort Mott, NJ. Airports include Wilmington (ILG), Civil Air Terminal at Dover AFB, and Delaware Airpark, all in Delaware, as well as Millville and Cape May Airports, both in New Jersey.

The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation organized exclusively for the benefit of the City of Philadelphia and its citizens. DRWC acts as the steward of the Delaware River waterfront to provide a benefit to all of the citizens and visitors of the City. The fundamental purpose of DRWC is to design, develop and manage the central Delaware River waterfront in Philadelphia between Oregon and Allegheny Avenues. DRWC intends to transform the central Delaware River waterfront into a vibrant destination for recreational, cultural, and commercial activities for the residents and visitors of Philadelphia. DRWC will serve as a catalyst for high-quality investment in public parks, trails, maritime, residential, retail, hotel, and other improvements that create a vibrant amenity, extending Philadelphia to the river’s edge.

The Delaware Riverkeeper Network has 21 staff members comprised of lawyers, advocates, scientists, technical experts, educators, and folks who care deeply about the River, so much so they have dedicated their lives to working with the Delaware Riverkeeper to protect it. DRN undertakes work in six program areas: Advocacy to protect water quality and habitats; Awareness-to-Action to organize local communities into activists to protect local streams; Habitat Restoration to restore damaged streams; River Resources Law Clinic to enforce environmental laws; River Tech to provide the technical expertise necessary for citizens, municipalities and water protection organizations to understand and address complex watershed issues; and Water Watch to monitor the health of the River and its tributaries. As a watershed-focused advocacy organization, we pay particular attention to regional and local issues that threaten water quality and the ecosystems of the Delaware River watershed. DRN is known for taking forward leading positions in order to advance river protection and restoration, such as securing the special protection waters regulations and designation that we are now using to protect the Delaware River from natural gas development. Whether responding to a new major threat, such as gas drilling, or reviewing state antidegradation programs to assess clean stream protection, DRN positions are always backed up with sound science, solid information and impeccable documentation.

Founded in 1837 as the Wilmington Board of Trade, DSCC has a history as the largest, most influential business organization in the state. We are uniquely positioned to bring parties together to solve problems. Our leadership helps create jobs, promote business, and improve the quality of life for all Delawareans.

The DSGA is a non-profit organization, established in 1952. We are an amateur golf association whose mission is the preservation and expansion of the game by adhering to the rules and guidelines set forth by the United States Golf Association. The DSGA membership currently consists of all golf courses in the State of Delaware, and neighboring counties of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. All players with an active handicap at any DSGA member club are eligible for all DSGA and DSGA Womens Division events. The DSGA provides an annual schedule of tournaments for men and women with emphasis on competition according to the Rules of Golf, but also not losing sight of the camaraderie provided by this great game.
