We are professionally trained in sugarcraft, so not only do our unique cakes taste great, they look amazing too. Our cakes are made with the finest ingredients. We use locally sourced North Leverton Windmill flour, free-range eggs and Swiss Massa Ticino Tropic sugar paste – considered to be the best in the business. Our buttercream is made with real, good quality, butter. Where we use ganache, we use the finest Belgian chocolate. Finally, we decorate your cake with handmade edible decorations.
