Desarrollos de Colima nace el 20 de Octubre de 2003 como una inquietud de sus propietarios de desarrollar viviendas seguras, cómodas y atractivas para la sociedad colimense. A la fecha, la constructora ha concluido los fraccionamientos Bugambilias y Hacienda del Carmen y además la plaza comercial Plaza Hacienda. En la actualidad se encuentra urbanizando y edificando el residencial Bosque Real y el residencial plus Real Hacienda, que cuenta además con una casa club. A pesar de ser una empresa joven, Desarrollos de Colima es considerada como una constructora sólida integrada por expertos en las áreas de diseño arquitectónico, urbanización, construcción y supervisión de obra, asegurando con ello una excelente calidad de construcción de las viviendas y locales comerciales. En Desarrollos de Colima estamos comprometidos a crear el patrimonio de su familia con materiales y mano de obra de calidad. SAMEC has been created by Josep Soler on 1997 in Barcelona. The aim of the company has always been to provide to our customers with the most accurate solution for their problems in the robotic and engineering environment. One of its creations was CAM TAILOR that was working with AutoCAD software.  Across the years, SAMEC has had the ownership of some CAD-CAM softwares until we went into the Robotic business in 2005. Since then, we are specialized in reversed engineering, robotic cells programmed on CAD-CAM and Robots (ABB and KUKA). Today, we keep being specialized on this sector and we indeed develop and commercialize technological software and industrial comunications. We want to provide to our customers with their specific needs in production, design, quality control, ERP needs through the implementation of commercialized products and softwares or the creation of this ones.

Desautels Women In Buisness (DWIB) is a student-run organisation under the Management Undergraduate Society (MUS) at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. DWIB is dedicated to advancing the success of women interested in the corporate world by providing a platform on which their specific concerns and challenges can be addressed proactively. Our network consists not only of professionals, but of current students, professors, and McGill Alumni. Together, we aim to educate and inspire students to achieve their goals with confidence as they begin to shape their futures. We host various events such as guest speaker series, workshops, and an annual conference attracting over 130 students and 35+ speakers from the local region, Toronto and Vancouver, united in downtown Montreal. DWIB was awarded "Best Academic Event of the Year"​ and "Best Club of the Year 2016"​ by the MUS. On the national level, DWIB was recognized with the "Canada Centennial Award"​ by the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women.
