Despacio es un centro de investigación fundado en 2011 que promueve la calidad de vida en todas las etapas del ciclo vital a través de la investigación aplicada. Su objetivo es retar lo intuitivo mejorando el bienestar de las comunidades y de las personas desde los aspectos más individuales y familiares como: comer, transportarse, criar hijos, organizarse en la casa o en el trabajo; hasta lo más colectivo como: planear, gestionar ciudades y convivir en el espacio público. Su filosofía es similar a la del movimiento Slow que propone andar a la velocidad adecuada para disfrutar la vida. Sus tres temas de trabajo son ciudades, vida y clima, en los que trabaja a través de proyectos, publicaciones, eventos y un laboratorio.

Aspiag Service è la concessionaria delle insegne Despar, Eurospar e Interspar per il Triveneto e l'Emilia Romagna. La sede legale è a Bolzano, la centrale decisionale a Mestrino (PD), mentre a Udine si trova il centro distributivo per il Friuli Venezia Giulia. Al 31 dicembre 2015, l'azienda conta 216 filiali dirette (82 Despar, 101 Eurospar, 33 Interspar), 345 dettaglianti associati alle insegne Despar e Eurospar, 9 piattaforme distributive e 3 centri commerciali di proprietà. All'ombra dell'abete, lavorano ogni giorno 7.198 donne e uomini (dato al 31 dicembre 2015).

Despar Servizi è una società consortile formata da 5 società, aderenti a Despar Italia che occupano una posizione di assoluto rilievo nei territori in cui operano. Le 5 società aderenti a Despar Servizi sono: Centro 3A, Maiora, Ergon, Fiorino e SCS; la loro crescita è costante di anno in anno considerando l’apertura di nuovi punti di vendita che caratterizzano i programmi di sviluppo di ognuna delle realtà aziendali. La mission di Despar Servizi è quella di creare vantaggi alle aziende aderenti promuovendo la condivisione e la collaborazione tra i soci.
