Depuis plus de 40 ans, la Cité de la Formation de Marmande fait le choix de la formation en alternance par la mise en œuvre de cinq filières accessibles par le Contrat d’Apprentissage, le Contrat de Professionnalisation et la Formation Professionnelle Continue pour demandeurs d’emploi et salariés d’entreprises : Commerce Vente Management Gestion Administration Sport Animation Esthétique Canine Hostellerie Restauration Jeunes et adultes, demandeurs d’emploi et salariés d’entreprises, apprentis et stagiaires de la formation professionnelle, ont ainsi accès à une offre de formation organisée en filières, en lien avec le tissu économique local et au cœur de l’entreprise, leur permettant l’accès à l’emploi et ou une poursuite d’études. Du niveau V (bac moins 1) au niveau III (bac +2), du CAP au BTS en passant par les Bacs PRO, nous proposons une formation individualisée et un accompagnement personnalisé pour l’obtention d’une qualification et d’une insertion professionnelle. Notre taux de réussite avoisine les 100 % et celui de l’insertion est supérieur à 80% dont plus de 25 % de créateurs d’entreprise. Notre organisme est un Etablissement Public Administratif, financé par la Mairie de Marmande, le Conseil Régional d’Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou Charentes et par la Taxe d’Apprentissage, versée par les entreprises partenaires. Nos diplômes et certifications professionnelles sont tous reconnus par l’Etat et sont délivrés soit par l’Education Nationale, le Ministère du Travail, le Ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports, l’Assemblée Permanente des Chambres des Métiers et de l’Artisanat et les représentations professionnelles.
