Enerji Piyasaları İşletme Anonim Şirketi (EPİAŞ), 14.03.2013 tarihli ve 6446 sayılı Elektrik Piyasası Kanunu ile 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümlerine tabi olarak, 12 Mart 2015 tarihinde tescil işlemlerinin tamamlanmasının ardından resmen kurulmuştur. Eşit taraflar arasında ayrım gözetmeden güvenilir referans fiyat oluşumunun temin edilmesi ve artan piyasa katılımcı sayısı, ürün çeşitliliği ve işlem hacmiyle likiditenin en üst düzeye ulaştığı, piyasa birleşmeleri yoluyla ticaret yapılmasına imkan tanıyan bir enerji piyasası işletmecisi olmaktır.”

EPIC Academy is a neighborhood charter high school that opened fall of 2009 in the South Chicago community with the mission to inspire and equip every student to build a path to college and career success. We embrace the challenge of public education - to develop every student’s resolve to reach his or her full potential regardless of the odds. EPIC Academy serves one of the most challenged student demographics in Chicago: 95% Free/reduced lunch, 22% Students with IEPs, 15% English Language Learners. The prevailing area expectation is graduate high school and get a job. We view these "obstacles"​ as opportunities to build on our students'​ assets. EPIC Academy has 3 Goals for every student: 1. Be prepared for college. 2. Develop college bound beliefs & behaviors. 3. Graduate from college. Epic Action Imagery started from a desire to capture high-quality sports images. Over the past decade, we've covered over 1700 events in 20 countries. This has included a number of long term sustained relationships that are indicative of the quality the team has provided. Epic offer a full range of event media coverage. Our specialism in photography is complemented by close relationships with high-quality video specialists. We're also quite adept at finding other specialists too. A last-minute request from a client to find an Outside Bradcast specialst for an event was a favourite challenge. Most importantly, we're focused on quality. The quality of imagery is what you and your event partners will see. Drill down a layer and that quality permeates through all aspects of our work. We carefully recruit photographers, this includes considering the gender balance of our teams. We make sure the photographers are well briefed with what the assignment requires of them and reinforce this on the day of the shoot. We also make sure we're on site in enough time to plan the event coverage and deal with any last-minute changes. Our focus on relationships means that we listen and take the time to find out about the imagery you need to support your events and brand values. We invest in high-quality professional equipment and constantly reflect on what we could do differently to improve. Most importantly, we look to add value wherever we work. Epic Angels is democratizing angel investing. We make angel investing accessible. We give women the confidence to invest, by learning about the investment process, and understanding how other women invest. Epic Angels is a network of female executives and operators who have built and expanded companies in all parts of the world. We are the largest female-only angel network in Asia Pacific. Research shows, investors tend to back those they perceive as similar to them. Instead of trying to convince male investors to invest in women, we need to focus on increasing the percentage of female investors. We need to close the financial gender gap. Our focus is early-stage startups in APAC across all verticals. We invest in pre-seed, seed and series A rounds. Our ticket sizes range from 50K to 250K USD. We are strong advocates for female leadership, and invest in startups with at least one woman on the executive team. Most importantly, we invest in people.
