What is EPIC? The EPIC (Sanctuary) building was an early disaster recovery project, established to house local Canterbury businesses displaced by the crippling 2011 Christchurch earthquake. The first commercial venture back into the red zone following the Restart Mall, EPIC now has 20 ICT / high-tech focused companies under its roof, between 250 and 300 FTEs engaging in active collaboration with each other around the building every day. EPIC Success Since the building first opened in October 2012 EPIC has played host to hundreds of functions, public events take place every week, collaborative projects between tenants have leaped from the woodwork in all directions, we have tenants whove reported revenue 100% ahead of years prior to moving into EPIC, some even experiencing as much as 400% growth. Visitors have arrived from all corners of the globe Google, The World Bank, Silicon Valley Investors, the US and Japanese embassy, the UK Prime Ministers office to name but a few. EPIC Management Group has been providing Infection Prevention, Control and Applied Epidemiology services since 1983 for a variety of healthcare facilities and businesses nationwide. . We have managed, outsourced, designed, and instituted major infection prevention programs and our clients have included many of the top healthcare institutions in California, Nevada, and Japan. Specifically we have assisted hospitals in fine tuning their current IPC programs, educated their infection prevention/control staff, and prepared the hospitals for The Joint Commission accreditation and CMS. EPIC Management Resources, LLC provides project and construction management and commissioning services for oil and gas production companies as well as EPC prime contractors. These services include field development, conceptual solutions, risk management and risk assessments, FEED efforts and management of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, hookup, commissioning and start-up phases. EPIC's goal is to be the preferred provider of these services for onshore and offshore projects, for both domestic and international locations. We understand that to achieve this goal, we must satisfy our Clients with the right balance of schedule aggressiveness, cost control and operating flexibility. EPIC's experienced project and construction management staff will enable us to identify this balance and successfully manage the planning and execution of your projects. As the Client's project management team, EPIC personnel represent the Client while executing the project from the initial planning discussions to the final handover of the facility to Operations. At the direction and approval of the Client representative, the EPIC team can assume the responsibility to plan, direct and control contractor personnel, control expenditures and equipment procurement, develop contracting strategy, assist the Client with bidding, negotiating and executing contracts, and manage all contracts to project completion.
