Epiqus is an EuSEF-regulated impact investment fund manager focused on structuring, financing and managing Payment-By-Results ("PBR") contracts that deliver positive social impact. Epiqus offers a turnkey PBR programs to public sector commissioners from pre-launch (financial and impact modelling, intervention program design, structuring, contracting and financing) to post-launch (intervention program management, portfolio management and financial management, incl. impact measurement and reporting). Investors in Epiqus´ funds access an emerging asset class (prevention of expensive social and societal problems before they materialize), benefiting from market-rate returns while having a measurable and material positive social impact. Our active funds include a Social Impact Bond ("SIB") targeting occupational wellness among public sector employees, and another providing fast-track integration training and employment for immigrants. The latter currently has 13.5 million under management, making it the largest SIB in Europe. Among the new initiatives where we have contracted commissioners is a series of SIBs that finance long-term programs working with vulnerable children until they are young adults with a goal to minimize social exclusion. The Episcopal Church in Connecticut is a "diocese" of The Episcopal Church and the global Anglican Communion. It consists of 160+ parishes and worshiping communities throughout the state and about 500 clergy. The Episcopal Church in Connecticut is overseen by two bishops - the Rt. Rev. Ian T. Douglas and the Rt. Rev. Laura J. Ahrens, and a staff of about 20 people, most of whom work in an open office at a renovated factory in Meriden.
