Essential Personnel is a not-for-profit, established in 1989 to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Our first office was established in the region of the Central Wheatbelt of Western Australia, in response to an identified gap in services to clients with disabilities in remote and regional areas. Today, we are the longest serving employment agency in the Central Wheatbelt area of Western Australia. We have built strong, lasting relationships with employers, community organisations and disability agencies. We assist people with disabilities realise their potential and achieve their dreams and aspirations in employment and in life. At present, our services have expanded to the Perth Metropolitan and Midlands/Wheatbelt districts. Our head office is now located in Midland and we have offices in Cannington, Merredin, Moora, Northam and Armadale. We deliver services in both Disability Employment and Lifestyle Services to over 793 individuals living with disability. Our vision: Creating futures and changing lives. Essential Pharmaceuticals, LLC was established in 2006 with the distribution rights to Custodiol® HTK organ preservation solution. Essential's Sales and Marketing team grew Custodiol in the U.S. to be one of the top two organ preservation solution and is the only preservation solution approved by the FDA for heart transplant. Essential continues to grow Custodiol and is seeking currently new indications at the FDA.

Who We Are? Essential Rehab has provided injury prevention/management and health education interventions on a corporate and individual basis throughout Queensland successfully since early 2008. Essential Rehab is a member of WorkCover Queensland’s Return to Work Services Provider Panel. Essential Rehab provides work specific interventions particularly for companies whose staff members are involved in performing physically demanding tasks and or intricate processes (using poor ergonomics). Essential Rehab also has a close association with other Allied Health Professionals including Psychologists and Exercise Physiologists. Essential Rehab prides it’s self on communication with all medical practitioners, allied health professionals and all key stakeholders in all work completed. What We Do? Services provided by Essential Rehab aim to assist with the reduction of injury incidence at workplaces. Essential Rehab consultants are trained to assess the current Job Demands and identified any risks and implemented functional theory and hands on training including use of ergonomic practises, appropriate manual handling education and provision of stretches and exercises to improve task technique in order to reduce potential injuries. Essential Rehab offers onsite hands on treatment aiming to attend to possible injuries before they become a WorkCover claim thus reducing total numbers of claims onsite and providing early treatment to injuries and soreness experienced by workers on a regular basis. Essential Rehab also has the ability to develop programs such as pre-employment screening tools to further assist companies and their growing needs in reducing potential onsite injuries by ensuring their employees are physically suited to the work required to be performed.
