1973 yılında faaliyete geçen Küre ve Samsun işletmeleri 2004 yılında, Murgul işletmesi 2006, Halıköy tesisi 2007, Mazıdağı işletmesi ise 2011 yılında özelleştirme kapsamında satın alınıp Cengiz Holding bünyesine katılmıştır. Ülkemizde cevherden Katot Bakır üretiminin yapıldığı tek tesis olan Samsun İşletmemiz, İzabe, Sülfürik Asit, Konsantratör, Anot döküm ve Elektrolizhane tesisleri ile hizmet veriyor. Tesisimizde rafinasyon sonucu, % 99,99 saflıkta elektrolitik katot bakır üretimi gerçekleştirilir. Yıllık 42.000 ton Elektrolitik Katot Bakır üretimi yapılır. Samsun fabrikasında, fırın ve konvertörden alınan cüruflar konsantratör tesisinde işlenerek cüruf konsantre elde edilir. Oluşan SO2 gazları asit fabrikamızda değerlendirilir ve yıllık 220.000 mt Sülfürik Asit üretilir. Mardin’de 1,2 milyar dolarlık yatırım ile kurulan Eti Bakır A.Ş. Mazıdağı Metal Geri Kazanım ve Entegre Gübre Tesisleri, ham maddeleri aynı yerde üretilen, esasen 6 ayrı tesis ve yardımcı ünitelerden oluşan bir dinamiğe sahiptir. Türkiye’de tek dünyada ise sayılı örneklerdendir. Yılda 350 milyon dolarlık gübre, 270 milyon dolarlık metal ithalatının önüne geçerek bölgesel ve ulusal ekonomiye katkı sağlar. Mazıdağı işletmemiz tek başına tüm dünyadaki Kobalt üretiminin % 2’sini gerçekleştirir. Eti Bakır Kastamonu Küre tesislerinde, yeraltı madenciliği ile yılda 1.100.000 ton Tüvenan Bakır Cevheri, 110.000 ton Bakır Konsantresi ve 400.000 ton Pirit Konsantresi üretimi yapılır. Eti Bakır Murgul tesislerinde ise açık maden sahaları ile yılda 3.500.000 ton Tüvenan Bakır Cevheri çıkarılır ve işlenerek yılda 130.000 ton Bakır Konsantresi üretilir. Eti Bakır A.Ş. Halıköy Antimuan Tesisleri yeraltı işletmesinde günde 90 ton Antimuan madeni üretilmektedir. Flotasyon tesislerinde ise günde 3,5 ton %69 Sb tenörlü Antimuan Konsantresi üretilmektedir.

Historia y evolución ETI nació en la cuidad de México, el día 01 de enero de 2008, con 3 trabajadores y un vehículo de transporte; siendo sus fundadores la Sra. Ana María Antonieta Treviño Ruvalcaba y el Lic. Ramón Alfonso Pérez Treviño Durante un año la empresa coloaboró en proyectos de desarrollo social llevando casas prefabricadas a los estados de Veracruz, y Tabasco. Al término de este proyecto en 2009 comenzamos a transportar acero y es cuando se suma al proyecto el Ing. Octávio Pérez Treviño, inmediatamente se da un cambio de administración quedando el Ing Octavio al frente de la empresa como director general y miembro del consejo de administración. Es en ese momento cuando ETI se constituye como S.A. de C.V. y comienza el crecimiento y transformación de la flota hasta llegar a lo que somos hoy en día.
