This process provides you with a high-fidelity prototype that can be used for user testing, proving the concept or for honing in the scope. We also use EDXF, the Eden Digital Transformation Framework - a suite of readymade microservices that lay the foundation for all projects. It allows us to kickstart development, speed up delivery and break the monolith. EDXF can work with older legacy systems in a modern way or can be utilised for new products that require a quick turnaround. Our projects run smoothly, deliver on time and on budget thanks to our Agile Project Management methodology. Weekly updates and ‘show & tells’ ensure clients never feel out of the loop.

Eden Area ROP offers over 135 career & technical (CTE) courses in the areas of business, health, hospitality, and industrial technology at the ROP Hayward Center and throughout various school sites in Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts. Eden Area ROP also serves as an intermediary between these four school districts in developing regional industry relationships for work-based learning opportunities for high school students. Many ROP courses have been articulated with the Chabot Community College District, awarding college credit to ROP students achieving articulation standards. Most Hayward Center ROP courses offer community classroom and cooperative education instruction (work site learning). Upon successful completion of an ROP course, students receive a Certificate of Completion indicating occupational and work behavior skills demonstrated by the student. Eden Area ROP is accredited by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and is a joint venture of Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts.

Artist-led org changing & enriching lives through cultural initiatives, strategic projects, events & festivals. Current projects include The Winter Droving, Picnic Cinema, CineNorth & TheSixtySixuk. Eden Arts is an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation and also receives core funding from Eden District Council.
