KG Member of RITTAL Automation Systems Since over 60 years EHRT produces punching- and bending machines for copper, aluminium and steel bars and developes them further on. Inspired by the wishes of our customers as well as our motivation to integrate new functions, we developed our machines. Thereby we focused espacially on modularity, to give the individual demands of our customers space. A wide range of specialised tools are available to offer you a productions process with a maximum of flexibility and efficiency. EMS verzorgt in het verlengde van de onderwijsopdracht van Odisee en van de KU Leuven Campus Brussel, de permanente vorming op het vlak van de bedrijfswetenschappen, en ook de managementvorming voor de social-profitsector. EMS wil voor het bedrijfsleven unieke navormingsactiviteiten ontwikkelen en aanbieden onder de vorm van programma’s met open inschrijving. EMS streeft naar een ruim en gevarieerd aanbod van lang- en kortlopende kalenderopleidingen, die open staan voor een breed publiek en samen zoveel mogelijk aspecten van de bedrijfsvoering omvatten. De programma’s richten zich tot hoger geschoolden die actief zijn in het bedrijfsleven of in social-profit organisaties. Zij spelen in op de nieuwe en veranderende vormingsnoden van het veld. “EHSiM Elektronik Harp Sistemleri Mühendislik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi”, Elektronik Harp ve Taktik Komuta Kontrol Sistemleri alanlarında faaliyet göstermek üzere, 24 Nisan 1998 tarihinde “HAVELSAN EHSİM Hava Elektronik Harp Sistemleri Mühendislik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi” adıyla, kurulmuştur. Çalışmalarına bu tarihte başlayan şirketimiz, gösterdiği sağlıklı büyüme sonucu, 2003 yılında, ODTÜ Teknokent Gümüş Bloklar’daki tesislerine taşınmıştır. Kuruluşundan itibaren bir çok projede alt/ana yüklenici olarak görev alan ve savunma sanayimize özgün sistemler kazandıran EHSİM, 28 Ocak 2019 tarihi itibarıyla halen konuşlu bulunduğu Hacettepe Teknokent 6.Ar-Ge A Blok No:21-22-36’da bulunan yeni tesislerine taşınmıştır. ASELSAN A.Ş tarafından toplam payların %50’si devralınarak 5 Ağustos 2019 tarihinde pay devri sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır. Aynı devir sürecinde şirketimizin %1 payı da SSTEK tarafından devralınmıştır. 09.09.2019 tarihinde yapılan “Olağanüstü Genel Kurul Toplantısı”nda alınan karar ile şirketimizin ünvanı, “EHSiM Elektronik Harp Sistemleri Mühendislik Ticaret Anonim Şirketi” olarak değiştirilmiştir.
