Ekobrottsmyndigheten (Swedish Economic Crime Authority) is a prosecuting authority where prosecutors, police officers, economic auditors and other experts work together in investigation teams. We lead and coordinate the fight against economic crime in Sweden. Our activities are divided between crime prevention work and investigation and prosecution.

Çağrı Merkezi Sektöründe aynı segmentte hizmet veren Eko CC ve Vodasoft CCS firmaları, EkoCCS Contact Center Services markası altında birleştiler. Bu vesileyle Çağrı merkezi sektöründe, 2017nin ilk büyük birleşmesi gerçekleşmiştir. Bu birleşmeyle hizmet verilen iş ortaklarına katma değerli çözümler geliştirilmeye daha fazla odaklanma fırsatı bulunmuştur. VodasoftCCS 2003 yılında çağrı merkezi ve müşteri hizmetleri alanında ürün ve hizmet sunmak üzere kurulmuş ve 2017 tarihi itibariyle yerli ve yabancı 80 çok değerli markaya hizmet verir konuma gelmiştir. EkoCC ise 2011 yılında bir Süzer Grubu firması olarak kurulmuş; özellikle perakende dağıtım zincirinde çağdaş operasyon, teknik altyapı, sektöre özel yazılım ve iş süreçleriyle taze, dinamik ve güvenilir bir iş ortağı olmuş, perakendeden lojistiğe, inşaattan ödeme sistemlerine kadar farklı sektörlerde butik dış kaynak kullanımı çağrı merkezi çözümleri sunmuştur. İstanbul Çekmeköyde içinde büyük bir fitness salonu, kütüphanesi, oyun ve dinlenme alanları, kat kafeleri, teras kafesi ve kuaför salonu bulunduran 8500 m2lik bir alanda hizmet sunan EkoCCS personelleri için daha keyifli bir sosyalleşme ve çalışma ortamı sunmaktadır.

Our Vision is to offer environment-friendly trendy lifestyle products at an affordable price – and show the way for environment-friendly production – as an answer to people’s growing awareness of climate change and resource scarcity. Our Mission is to popularize stylish environment-friendliness in people’s personal lifestyle, as a responsible alternative choice. Our company is in its initiation phase; we plan to launch on-line in Q3 2021. We will sell our ‘eco’ lifestyle products at a price comparable to ‘non-eco’ equivalent products. Our goods will be made of renewable natural materials, up-cycled products, recycled materials, and easily recyclable materials – in manufacturing processes not harming people, nature, nor animal life. We target people who are conscious about the use of resources, but don’t want to compromise on style, practicality, quality, nor price. Our products are for those curious to know where a product comes from, what it is made of, by whom, and how. Based in the Netherlands, we will market our products primarily in Europe; however international orders will be welcome. Our main channel will be our own web store; additional channels are planned to include eco-oriented on-line retailers and affiliate marketing. Our manufacturing partners are proud of the provenance and quality of their materials; their manufacturing processes and work conditions; their team members and their craft; their ability to take on-board custom requests; and last but not least the products they make. In the longer term we hope to co-create with eco-conscious designers who are looking for an editor of environmental-friendly products, as well as consult on environment-friendly product creation and manufacturing.
