EPC's BARCHIP range of products are the worlds leading structural synthetic fibres for mining and tunnelling. Our team comprises industry leaders that are focused on delivering the best solution to our clients as well as providing state of the art advice Shotcrete and Concrete Synthetic Fibre Reinforcement and Engineered and Finite Element Analysis designs. EPCs focus on the development of high performance structural synthetic fibre is recognised the world over. A fact highlighted by EPC's nomination for product innovation at the 2012 and 2013 ITA Awards for Tunnelling Excellence.

Elasto Proxy designs and custom fabricates low-to-medium volume quantities of industrial rubber products and plastic parts. Product groups include bulb trim seals, rubber bumpers, edge trim, dual durometer rubber, EMI shielding, industrial tubing, inflatable seals, molded parts, solid rubber profiles, sponge rubber profiles, rubber sheets, thermal and acoustic insulation, weather stripping, and window channels. We use water jet cutting to create fast, precise, cost-effective cuts without tooling charges. Our splicing solutions include film splicing, cold bonding, C-press injection molding, and vulcanizing for joints, corners, and ends. Elasto Proxy also supplies taped gaskets (gluing gaskets) with either pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) or our heat-activated taping system (HATS) for temporary or permanent fastening. In addition to specialty seals and gaskets, Elasto Proxy supplies custom insulation such as EMI and RFI shielding. We also custom-fabricate sandwich-like structures made with coated fabrics, foams, fillers, barrier materials, and adhesives. Applications include acoustic and thermal insulation, sound dampening, vibration dampening and water repellency.
