EMERGENCY is an international, independent and neutral humanitarian organization, founded in Italy in 1994 to provide free surgical and medical assistance to the victims of war, landmines and poverty. EMERGENCY promotes a culture of peace, solidarity and respect for human rights. We build and manage our hospitals to ensure the best possible healthcare provision. Training of national staff is a vital component of EMERGENCYs capacity building work, which is aimed at strengthening the healthcare systems of the countries where we operate. EMERGENCY is a recognized charity in Belgium, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, UK, USA. EMERGENCY is a partner of the United Nations (DPI/NGO), and it was granted the Special Consultative Status at ECOSOC in 2015. EMERGENCY has developed the ANME (African Network of Medical Excellence) in order to create Medical Centres of Excellence to strengthen Health Systems at national and international level. In 2015 (Nov. 30th) the founder of EMERGENCY, Dr. Gino Strada, received the "Right Livelihood Award" (Alternative Nobel Prize): For his great humanity and skill in providing outstanding medical and surgical services to the victims of conflict and injustice, while fearlessly addressing the causes of war. Emergency Architecture and Human Rights is a non-profit architectural platform working for social groups that face humanitarian emergencies, cultural conflicts, inequalities and marginalization. Combining architecture and social sciences, our specialized team of architects, anthropologists, business developers, engineers and social scientists carry international projects of various sizes and purposes. We are therefore involved in social projects in Denmark and internationally, but also offering our services to private clients. and while being in charge of an international master in cooperation with the IUAV Venice University, EA-HR further provides expertise to NGOs and governments and municipalities on emergency architectural solutions.

We use the lessons learnt from our unique backgrounds to contextualise training for maximum engagement and knowledge retention. The team at Emergency Australia is excited to announce the launch of our High-Fidelity Training and Simulation Centre, right here in Brisbane. The unique capabilities of this facility offer enhanced training opportunities for emergency, medical professionals, the military, law enforcement and first responders across the private and government sector. Key Features: The High-Fidelity Training and Simulation Centre is a two-story facility featuring a 360-degree augmented reality environment, as well as a control room, debriefing room and reception area. The 360-degree augmented reality environment is unique in that it provides complete audiovisual immersion for the student in the training simulation. This training environment can be designed to replicate urban or remote settings, for example a mine, a hospital, a rural car crash or a military environment, depending on your professional requirements. Medical Support: We specialise in providing pre-hospital care in complex and remote environments. Our Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors come with AHPRA registration.
The Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) is the nation’s only professional physician trade association focused on the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care in the emergency department. The Emergency Food Bank is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that has, since 1968, provided San Joaquin County residents with food assistance. The mission of the Emergency Food Bank is to build a stronger community by providing a safety net of healthy food, nutrition education, and hope to residents of San Joaquin County who find themselves in need. The Emergency Food Bank - is dedicated to fighting hunger and food hardship throughout San Joaquin County. Every weekday, the Emergency Food Bank provides essential and nutritious food items to families and individuals that visit our Main Pantry. The Mobile Farmer's Market Program travels to sites throughout San Joaquin County to educate residents about health and nutrition, and also provide fresh seasonal produce to participating residents. CalFresh and healthcare coverage enrollment assistance is also available during the work week. To promote overall health and wellness, we can assist residents in need of healthcare coverage enrollment and utilization. Join us every Thanksgiving for our Run and Walk Against Hunger - a 5K run/walk, 10K run, and quarter mile kids run. It is an annual Thanksgiving morning tradition that benefits the Emergency Food Bank and helps bring awareness about hunger in our local community. The Brault's were privileged to work with many of the pioneers in the specialty, including the original members of the Pontiac Plan who were among the first physicians to practice emergency medicine independently. In fact, their early clients were also instrumental in establishing the American College of Emergency Medicine as founding officers and members. The Brault family sold that company and retired to Southern California in 1985. But their former clients pressed them back into the business seeking their council to solve reimbursement and billing problems. One physician told another who told another and soon they founded Emergency Groups Office in 1990. Dr. Andrea Brault, their daughter and an experienced emergency physician, joined Brault Practice Solutions office in 1999 to contribute to the family business and scale the management team. She now serves as the companys visionary President and Chief Executive Officer.
