Early Learning Institute (ELI) is a 20-year-old, Palo Alto-based organization founded to increase learning opportunities for young children. Before offering services to the public, its founder—Dr. Charles Bernstein—and other researchers spent several years conducting research on child development, creating what is now known as the "HeadsUp! Approach" to early learning. This research base and the resulting HeadsUp! philosophy have served as the anchor for all subsequent development efforts and they continue to distinguish Early Learning Institute from other organizations offering children's services. ELI operates three child development centers, in Palo Alto, North San Jose, and Pleasanton. The centers borrow from the best model programs and make use of the most recent educational research. The infant and toddler programs use play and learning games to help lay the necessary foundation of all future learning. The preschool program is a modified Montessori curriculum incorporating art, music, and imaginative play into the traditional emphasis on practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, science, and cultural activities. Through the Emerson School and the Hacienda School, HeadsUp! extends its child development program from first through eighth grade. The two schools, in Palo Alto and Pleasanton respectively, serve students ages six to 14 and are conveniently located near the HeadsUp! child development centers. At the schools, child development is a process of stimulation and enrichment with cognitive and manipulative materials as well as hands-on activities. Early Morning Farm is a 30 acre certified organic vegetable farm located between Ithaca and Syracuse New York. The farm markets its produce through a 600+ member Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, with pick-up locations throughout the Finger Lakes region.

Founded by its Music Director Christian Curnyn, Early Opera Company’s vision is to celebrate baroque music in ways that stir, delight and inspire audiences. Early Opera Company has recently featured on BBC’s #OperaPassion day on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune from the V&A Museum, performed Handel 'Giulio Cesare in Egitto'​ at Kilkenny Arts Festival, and recorded Handel’s 'Acis and Galatea'​ for Chandos with Allan Clayton and Lucy Crowe in the title roles. EOC received an Olivier Award nomination (Outstanding Achievement in Opera) with The Royal Opera for Monteverdi 'Orfeo'​ at The Roundhouse and Cavalli 'L’Ormindo'​ at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse. This association continued with 5-star reviews for Rossi 'Orpheus'​, and more recently for Monteverdi 'The Return of Ulysses'​ at The Roundhouse. The Company frequently feature the music of the French baroque, including Charpentier 'Actéon'​ and Rameau 'Platée'​ and 'Castor et Pollux'​. Other recent Handel performances at Wigmore Hall, St John’s Smith Square and festivals around the UK include 'Serse'​, 'Alceste'​ and 'La Resurrezione'​. Award-winning Handel opera recordings on Chandos include 'Serse'​, 'Alceste'​, 'Partenope'​, 'Semele'​ and 'Flavio'​, and 'Il Trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno'​ on Wigmore Live. The Bridge Power Project is a 424 MW gas-fired generation project under development in Tema, Ghana, by Early Power Limited, a Ghanaian company. Early Power is sponsored by a multinational consortium comprised of Endeavor Energy, General Electric (GE) and Sage Petroleum Limited, all well-known in the energy sector for delivering sustainable, reliable and competitively-priced energy solutions in developing countries. To be located in the Tema Heavy Industrial Area, the project includes the development of power plant facilities in two stages: Stage 1 and Stage 2, a 9 km+ pipeline for transporting liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), an LPG storage tank farm, and additional pipelines for transporting raw water and diesel to the project site. The plant will generate electricity using LPG as its primary fuel. Within five years of it becoming operational, we anticipate that the plant will switch to Natural Gas (NG) as its primary fuel, should it be made available by the Government of Ghana. Diesel is the backup fuel in the event gas is unavailable. On completion of Stage 2, the full power plant output capacity will be approximately 424MW. The Project is being developed in two stages on an accelerated timeline and consists of the following: Stage 1: 202 MW power block consisting of 5 General Electric TM2500+ gas turbines and 1 purpose-built GE steam turbine in Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) configuration Stage 2: 222 MW power block consisting of 4 General Electric LM6000 gas turbines and 1 purpose-built GE steam turbine in CCGT configuration
