The ‘Emotional Logic'​ method empowers us to harness our emotions, putting them to good use to bring about constructive change. Emotional Logic is not a therapy but it can be used therapeutically as part of a tool kit for change and growth. In 2003, the Emotional Logic Centre was established as a charity to share EL with everyone. Word spread, and we now have an established network of tutors around the world, and have a series of online tools to teach and practise Emotional Logic.
