Totaal Gevelmanagement Door de jaren heen hebben wij ons ontwikkeld tot dé specialist in totaal gevelmanagement. Met Fortron Totaal Gevelmanagement houden wij de gevels van onze opdrachtgevers continu in optimale conditie, altijd op basis van de NEN2767 (conditiemeting gevels). In plaats van periodiek groot onderhoud, voeren we regelmatig klein onderhoud uit. We inspecteren, repareren en reinigen. Omdat we alles op elkaar afstemmen, maken we geen onnodige kosten en weet een opdrachtgever precies waar hij aan toe is. Zo houden we de uitstraling en de waarde van vastgoed op peil, heeft de opdrachtgever geen omkijken naar het onderhoud aan zijn gevel én realiseren we op de lange termijn een aanzienlijke besparing op onderhoudskosten.
