The Forum for Agricultural research in Africa (FARA) is an apex organization bringing together and forming coalitions of major stakeholders in agricultural research and development. FARA complements the innovative activities of national, international and sub-regional research institutions to deliver more responsive and effective services to its stakeholders. It plays advocacy and coordination roles for agricultural research for development, while the national agricultural research systems (NARS), advanced research institutions (ARIs) and international agricultural research centres (IARCs) develop improved technologies along the research-to-development continuum in their respective countries and coverage areas. Founded in 1991, the Forum for Corporate Directors is a non-profit business organization committed to promoting the highest standards of corporate governance and to increasing the effectiveness of directors, CEOs and senior level executives. We do so by anticipating important issues facing companies in today’s global economy and presenting peer-to-peer forums to share ideas and key strategies.

The Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE) is a Vancouver-based charity that educates, mentors, energizes and connects women entrepreneurs to be wildly successful, promoting strong economies and thriving communities. We support 650 women entrepreneurs annually, and have a radical plan for growth over the next five years to increase this number to 5,000. Our programs and events are designed to empower women entrepreneurs to overcome barriers and challenges that women face in today’s economy. From learning about raising capital, to developing a pitch, growing one’s HR, sales, leadership skills and more, we support women entrepreneurs leading business at any stage, of any size and industry, anywhere in Canada.

Créé en 1992 à linitiative de Gilbert Bonnemaison, Député-maire dEpinay-sur-Seine, le Forum Français pour la Sécurité Urbaine (FFSU) est une association regroupant une centaine de collectivités locales, représentatives des diversités géographiques, urbaines et politiques en France. Notre réseau a pour objectif de renforcer les politiques locales de sécurité urbaine respectant un équilibre entre prévention, répression et solidarité, et de promouvoir le rôle des collectivités territoriales dans lélaboration des politiques au niveau national et européen. Le FFSU sinscrit au sein du Forum européen pour la sécurité urbaine (Efus) qui regroupe 250 collectivités locales européennes. Le FFSU œuvre pour : - asseoir les politiques de sécurité sur le triptyque prévention, répression et solidarité - refuser les politiques de sécurité fondées sur lexclusion inscrire la politique locale de sécurité dans la politique nationale et européenne - renforcer le rôle des collectivités territoriales, des élus locaux dans le partenariat présidant aux politiques locales de sécurité. Le FFSU est un lieu de soutien et dinspiration pour les élus locaux et leurs équipes convaincus de la nécessité de travailler ensemble, au-delà des clivages politiques, pour une sécurité durable. Il favorise les échanges dexpériences entre collectivités selon le principe les villes aident les villes.
