We are a commercial bakery based in Barnsley, Yorkshire, that serves some of the UKs leading restaurant chains, pubs, sandwich shops, food service providers and travel caterers. Started in 1952's by Emily Foster in the village of Mapplewell, the bakery has seen extensive growth since its humble beginnings. Still situated in the same village, the bakery has moved into large premises and since that move has gone on to expand these 4 separate times. We bake morning goods (brioche, rolls, buns), bread loaves, confectionery products, gluten free products, specialty breads and breakfast products such as muffins and scones. Even with the growth of the company we have always kept the same family values that the company was started with, even currently 3 members of the Fosters family work at the bakery today. Fota Wildlife Park was opened in 1983. Located in the south of Ireland, in County Cork, the park is set on 100 acres, and is home to nearly 30 mammal and 50 bird species. Many of the animals roam freely with the visitors, such as the ring-tailed lemurs and squirrel monkeys. The larger animals, including the giraffe and bison, live in spacious paddocks with unobtrusive barriers.
