Créé par l’État et le Conseil régional de Bretagne en 1981, le Frac Bretagne développe une collection d’art contemporain composée à ce jour de plus de 5 000 œuvres qu’il diffuse à l’échelle régionale, nationale et internationale et à partir de laquelle il propose de nombreux programmes de sensibilisation et de formation. En 2012, le Frac Bretagne a ouvert au public les portes d’un bâtiment conçu par Odile Decq. Situé à Rennes, dans le quartier de Beauregard, la construction s’articule autour d’un vaste puits de lumière, de trois galeries d’exposition et d’un centre de documentation. Doté d’un auditorium de 108 places, d’espaces de pédagogie et d’expérimentation, le Frac Bretagne propose de découvrir la création actuelle à travers un programme d’une grande diversité, toujours relié à sa collection. Il a accueilli en 2018 près de 30 000 visiteurs dans ses murs et met en œuvre, en complément, de nombreuses actions sur l’ensemble du territoire régional.

Our Frac Shack™ technology makes it possible to remove workers from the hot zone and eliminates atmospheric fuel spraying on the frac pad, while ensuring environmental protection during the hot fueling process. Since introducing the Frac Shack™, managers using this technology have reported a saving of 1 to 2 hours a day in production down time and the elimination of refueling stress. Also, reducing the number of employees to management refueling during a frac. Frac Shack™ uses a unique design that fully adapts to existing systems with no retrofitting required. Its self-contained, self powered and fully mobile platform allows for quick transport and easy set-up. With Frac Shack™’s patented design service requirements are reduced, downtime is minimized, and production increased. Also, employees are met with a safer work site and require less risk management.
