Franciscan Outreach is a leading provider of homeless services in Chicago. We operate as a system of support for men and women who are marginalized and homeless. We empower people to gain the stability they need to transition into permanent housing. Through six service sites, we provide a diverse array of programs and services to our most vulnerable neighbors. Every day, we offer healthy meals to those who are hungry, a warm bed for those who need shelter, vital case management for those who need guidance, and access to critical resources for those who need specialized services such as health care, mental health counseling, and substance use disorder treatment. Since our founding in 1963, Franciscan Outreach has been dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to our Chicago neighbors in need. We welcome and serve all people, no matter what their life circumstances may be. We meet people where they’re at and assist them on their journey toward self-sufficiency and independence. Each person who walks through our doors seeking assistance is considered a guest and is treated with dignity and respect. Grounded in the Franciscan tradition, we serve everyone regardless of their beliefs, and we do not conduct or require participation in religious services. We are committed to working together as an inclusive community that promotes equal treatment and opportunity for all. We strive to create a caring, safe, and supportive community that embraces and uplifts everyone, especially our most vulnerable neighbors.

In 1869, five young Catholic women in rural Wisconsin responded to God’s call. They discerned that they should share their daily lives together in religious community. St. Francis of Assisi’s Gospel way of life inspired them. Their love for the Catholic Church and selfless dedication to the service of others guided them. Today, we Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity whole-heartedly live our vocation in the loving community spirit of our foundresses. We strive to live the Gospel in simplicity, built on faith in a loving God; joyful acceptance of poverty, love for the Church, and selfless dedication to the service of others.

We live the Gospel of Jesus. In the example of Francis and Clare of Assisi, we offer peace and joy to our world and walk side by side with persons who are poor. We are committed to promoting human rights and dignity for all, building community wherever we live, and healing the sources of Mother Earth’s wounds.

To generate hope in a broken world, we must Live the Truth. Franciscan University of Steubenville offers numerous undergraduate major programs, graduate programs, with an increasing number of programs available entirely online. Through our robust, Christ-centered campus culture and our dedication to the interplay of faith and reason in the classroom, we educate, evangelize, and send forth joyful disciples for lives of worldwide mission. When we Live the Truth, we bring light, love, freedom—Christ himself—to a waiting world. As Catholics, that means witnessing in every facet of life to Jesus Christ, who said, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life” (John 14:6). It requires us to excel in our professions, lead in our communities, and articulate the Truth with charity in the public square. Francium's core purpose is to create technology solutions for progressive and forward-thinking organizations to empower their ascendancy and to magnify their impact. We envision being the front-runners when it comes to technology and a resource centre from startups to full-fledged enterprises.

I established a commercial service to local businesses that provides logo design, web development, and commissioned artwork. Business logos are created with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Websites are created on Wix.com to allow clients to easily access and update their websites. Commissioned artwork is designed for the size and color of the interior space. Each of these services is a one-on-one collaborative process. I begin by meeting with the client to discuss their goals in advertisement, then I create iterations for a logo design. When a logo is decide upon, I build the client a website based their needs and specifications. Commissioned artwork is documented, emailed, and discussed with the client throughout the process. My clients include businesses in education, medicine, and the visual arts.
