Established in 1993, FCA exists to help individuals, couples, and families pursue peace, reconciliation and growth through our behavioral care professional counseling and services. FCA providers see our work as a vocation of healing for the good of individuals, marriages and families. Life poses a challenge for all of us and most of our clients have been wounded through their lives. A therapist who approaches this work as a vocation sees beyond the symptoms, behaviors, addictions, and problems. She does not just apply theory, skills, and interventions to resolve those issues. Instead, the vocational caregiver has responded to a calling in which the client is seen through the lens of their inherent dignity, created out of love by a grace-giving God.

The Family Counseling Center of St. Paul's is a nonprofit 501 C 3 human services organization serving the Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding area. Our team specializes in delivering compassionate, direct-care bilingual, culturally competent mental and behavioral health counseling. Weve been particularly successful helping uninsured, underserved children, adults, and families, as well as primary healthcare organizations and human resource teams at companies and related associations that are concerned about the gap in healthcare access. Weve been able to create partnerships in the community that help children, adults, and families receive affordable, accessible, culturally competent therapy for a variety of issues including depression, anger, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-partum psychosis, and drug and/or alcohol addiction.

Based in Leduc, Beaumont, and Edmonton; Family Counselling Centres offers a variety of holistic and traditional counselling and therapy options for adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples. We recognize that traditional counselling is not for everyone. For this reason, our therapists also utilize a holistic approach to wellness and are pleased to offer a variety of alternate treatment methods such as Canine Assisted Therapy, Sand-play Therapy, Play Therapy, and Equine (horse) Assisted Therapy. The Family Court of Australia (Family Court) is a superior Court of record established by Parliament in 1975 under Chapter III of the Constitution. The Court operates under the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and, through its specialist judges and staff, helps Australians to resolve their most complex family disputes. The purpose of the Family Court, as Australia’s superior Court in family law, is to help Australians resolve their most complex family disputes by deciding matters according to the law, promptly, courteously and effectively. The Family Court exercises original and appellate jurisdiction in family law, including in a number of highly specialised areas. At first instance, the Court determines cases with the most complex law, facts and parties, and hears cases arising under the regulations implementing the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. It provides national coverage as the appellate court in family law matters, including hearing appeals from decisions of single judges of the Court and from judges of the Federal Circuit Court in family law matters and from the Family Court of Western Australia. The Family Court has jurisdiction under all aspects of the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth).
