Somos a maior plataforma de gastronomia do Brasil. Do ingrediente ao prato, promovemos e desenvolvemos a gastronomia nacional, reunindo e integrando produtos, produtores, chefs, indústria, mercados e, claro, os apreciadores da boa mesa. Desde 1998 produzimos - em 7 cidades brasileiras, espalhadas pelas 5 regiões e em Portugal - festivais de gastronomia. Além disso, com as expedições Fartura já percorremos mais de 79 mil km, mapeando o caminho do ingrediente, desde sua origem até o prato e produzindo uma série de conteúdos digitais e offline. Nessa trajetória, com o objetivo de conectar pessoas aos sabores brasileiros, o Fartura: serviu mais de 2 milhões de pratos; teve 850 mil pessoas circulando em seus eventos; empregou quatro mil profissionais e ofereceu 3.300 atividades gastronômicas e 1.265 apresentações culturais - todo esse movimento, resulta em estímulo às economias locais, sobretudo, do setor de gastronomia. Em 2015, recebemos o prêmio Second Runner-up, da United Nation World Tourism Organization, concorrendo com 50 países e vencendo 109 projetos inscritos. Em 2020, experienciamos novos desafios: lançamos o Festival Fartura em formato digital, em junho aconteceu a 1ª edição digital do Festival Fartura BH e em outubro a 23ª edição do Festival Cultura e Gastronomia Pró-Tiradentes, a primeira em formato digital e em dezembro o FESTIVAL FARTURA GASTRONOMIA DU̲ BRASIL, em formato inédito e inovador, com conteúdos online e experiências físicas, o evento aconteceu simultaneamente, em todas as regiões brasileiras, representadas pelas capitais que sempre sediaram nossos festivais: Belém, BH, Brasília, Fortaleza, POA e SP!
