FESTIVAL TOMAVISTAS tuvo en su edición de 2014 una programación con 24 bandas basada en el presente, el pasado y el futuro de la música independiente nacional más representativa de la temporada y dirigida a diferentes generaciones de espectadores. La línea es clara y así pretende afianzarse en próximas ediciones, con un conjunto de propuestas de diferentes estilos musicales dentro de la escena independiente con variedad de estilos como pop, rock o electrónica. El festival Tomavistas de Madrid se complementa con su ciclo en salas, un ciclo de conciertos que sigue la filosofía del festival en cuanto al apoyo de los grupos nacionales apostando por el riesgo, la apertura de estilos y el apoyo a las bandas emergentes. Pop, Rock y música electrónica forman parte del variado espectro musical que marca la línea artística de la programación que se desarrolla con conciertos puntuales a lo largo de los diferentes periodos estivales (Otoño, Invierno y Primavera) en salas de la capital, previo al desarrollo del propio festival que estamos planteando para 2016. TOMAVISTAS CIUDAD ya ha tenido cuatro fechas con rotundo éxito y por el ciclo ya han pasado grupos como: THE SUICIDE OF WESTERN CULTURE, KAREN KOLTRANE, PERRO, SIBERIAN WOLVES, LUIS BREA y EL MIEDO, COSMEN ADELAIDA, GENTEMAYOR Y TREPÀT.

UN FESTIVAL GRAND PUBLIC Le Festival est très attentif à l’accueil réservé au public. La réputation d’une fiction repose avant tout sur son audience télévisuelle. Il offre ainsi au public un contact privilégié, chaleureux et respectueux. C’est la grande fête de la télévision. Avec 21.000 entrées lors de la dernière édition, la fréquentation est en augmentation constante depuis plusieurs années. LUCHON, UN FESTIVAL INDEPENDANT Le Festival se prévaut d’une véritable indépendance. Les Comités de sélection et les Jurys sont autonomes dans leurs décisions. Ni le Président du Festival ni l’Organisation du Festival ne sont partie prenante des Comités de sélection ou des Jurys. De plus aucune participation financière n’est demandée aux diffuseurs. Cette indépendance contribue à l’image et à la reconnaissance du Festival de Luchon par la profession devenue aujourd’hui une vitrine reconnue de la télévision.
