Filsa invests selectively in young, innovative and fast growing companies since March 2012. We focus on early-stage, fast growing, companies in the Cleantech, Telecommunications, Internet or IT sector which acquire market share with innovative products / services in the Business to Business (B2B) market and that have plans to expand into other countries. We are well positioned to deliver a substantial contribution to the development of the company with resources, knowledge and network. Our investment horizon is at least five years. We also provide ‘on an if needed basis’ operational support to these companies, so that they can realize their potential nationally and internationally. Filsa uses its network of Informal Investors and partners to achieve its objectives.

The Filipino Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Inc. (FILSCAP) is a non-stock, non-profit association established in 1965 to primarily administer the public performance and communication to the public rights of Filipino composers. In addition, through the reciprocal agreements with similar Societies overseas like ASCAP of USA, PRS of United Kingdom, and KOMCA of Korea, FILSCAP also represents the rights of foreign composers, lyric writers and music publishers.
