Finansal Kiralama, Faktoring ve Finansman Şirketleri Birliği 21.11.2012 tarih, 6361 no’lu Finansal Kiralama, Faktoring ve Finansman Şirketleri Kanunu’nun ilgili maddelerine göre teşekkül eden, tüzel kişiliği haiz, kamu kurumu niteliğinde bir meslek kuruluşudur. Kurumsal yapısı itibariyle Türkiye ekonomisinin üretim, satış ve tüketim kanallarının üçünde de yer alan sektörler birliğinin çatı kuruluşudur.
