First Technology China Limited 富 士 德 中 國 有 限 公 司 FTCL was formally set up by the PCBA (pcb assembly) and SMC (semiconductor) business units of Schmidt Electronics Group Limited. Schmidt Group has over 100 years of working history in China and has been doing business in electronic assembly industry in China for over 20 years. On 7 April 2006, FTCL spun off as an independent company. The principle business of FTCL did not change and focus on the technical and sourcing businesses relating to high-end PCBA and Semiconductor industry In January 2007, First Technology China Limited was 100% acquired by Sojitz Corporation. First Tee provides young people with character-building and life skills lessons using golf as the platform. First Texas Title Company, LLC is the leading provider of real estate closings and title insurance in the Abilene area. First Texas Title is licensed to issue title insurance in Taylor, Callahan and Shackelford counties, but handles closings in all counties in Texas through cooperating agreements with other title companies. In 1977, Bill Bradshaw and Bill Perry formed the predecessor to First Texas Title Company as an aid to their general civil law practice. That same year, the new title company became an exclusive title agent for First American Title Company, a relationship that continues to this day. In the early 1990’s, Mark Bradshaw joined his father Bill and the company cemented its status as Taylor County’s leading title company. Andrew McCall came to work for the company in 2006 and purchased the company from Bill and Mark, and Chris Westbrook joined the Company and became a partner in 2009. In 2010, First Texas Title Company became licensed in Callahan and Shackelford Counties and began extending the same level of service to those areas that our customers have experienced in Taylor County. First Things First (FTF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing research-based resources to equip individuals with healthy relationship skills to live better lives. Through face-to-face programming, one-on-one coaching sessions, and digital resources, FTF assists individuals, couples, and parents to identify obstacles that keep them from creating deep connections and provide a plan to build stronger relationships. Our long-term vision is that those skills will be passed down from generation to generation, breaking cycles of relationship dysfunction and creating positive change. In order to most effectively help individuals and families move from surviving to thriving, we implement a holistic approach based on the Domains of Family Practice Model. By partnering with other local non-profits, we combine family case management, family life education, and family therapy, as well as coaching and advocacy, in order to best ensure lasting change. While our digital resources reach all over the world, the heart of First Things First remains firmly planted in the community of our hometown -- Chattanooga, TN. We are focusing on providing relationship services to those who need it most and cannot afford it. Generous donors, foundations and corporate sponsors contribute to covering the cost of the majority of our resources. This allows us to provide many free or affordable local relationship resources and programs.

Let’s start with who we are. That’s easy. We’re a close-knit bunch of skilled professionals who take an enormous pride in the quality and versatility of our products, But we’re enthusiasts too. We use our own products, and that means we’ve introduced lots of improvements and innovations over the years…based on first-hand everyday practical experience. We work hand-in hand with top growing expert and advisor Paul Peacock. We even have our own allotment for some seriously hands-on gardening (often accompanied by communal summer and winter barbecues because all work and no play would be very dull!) Home is the tiny Lancashire village of Barrowford which lies in the shadow of Pendle Hill (of Pendle Witches fame), nestling between the old Victorian mill towns of Nelson and Colne. Should you come to visit, we’re easy to find just off Junction 13 on the M65. As well as the team you’ll find bending machines, tool swagers, punching and tube forming equipment, sawing machines, metalwork facilities…in fact everything we need to manufacture - in house - and to guarantee the highest possible quality, at the best possible price. We’ve been established for quite a few years and built up a huge list of happy clients. But our order books don’t just feature amateur gardeners and commercial growers. We also supply major government organisations, HM Prisons, NHS Trusts and lots and lots of schools. Then there are the ‘celebs’, like Gardener’s World stars Alan Titchmarsh and Bob Flowerdew, and River Cottage chef Hugh Fearnley Wittingstall.
