It all began when Gouri decided to turn to naturopathy, bringing about a lifestyle change for her family towards healthier living. This shift, coupled with her passion for good food and creativity, gave birth to some delicious and convenient foods, rich in nutrients and unique flavours. We at Gouri's have worked hard to make our products honestly, delicious. From sourcing the ingredients and great attention to detail in our processes, to making sure our helpers in the kitchen are well taken care of, we take on a very straightforward approach. What you see is what you get. And yes, we're delicious too! We believe in conscious eating and snacking. So for your next hunger pang, pick up our one of our energy bars and skip that over-processed chocolate bar on the shelf. -We are currently handcrafting energy cereal mixes, energy bars, laddoos, crumbles and MINI bites. -Give your body a listen and you'll know what it needs, be it nutritious or downright sinful. Gourm'Edhec est l'association culinaire de l'Edhec Business School qui vise à promouvoir un mode de vie alimentaire sain et équilibré dans le monde étudiant. Les valeurs que Gourm'Edhec cherchent à transmettre à travers tous ses évènements sont convivialité, plaisir et partage. Composée de 32 membres actifs, répartis en 5 pôles (communication, logistique, relations partenaires, création artistique et RSE), son rôle est de promouvoir les arts culinaires auprès des étudiants. Chaque pôle travaille main dans la main pour chaque événement (parfois réservés aux étudiants, en général ouverts à tous). Les ambitions de Gourm'Edhec ont évolué au fur et à mesure des générations : les membres ont la volonté de faire grandir l'association et de la faire rayonner au niveau national. Aujourd'hui, Gourm'Edhec accueille des étudiants de la France entière lors de ses événements. Evénements principaux : - Toqu'edhec : le plus grand concours culinaire étudiant des Hauts-de-France basé sur l'émission Master Chef. Cet évènement réunit chaque année environ 1 000 visiteurs. En parallèle du concours, nous proposons des stands de dégustation, des shows culinaires et des démonstrations de grands chefs. - Une Coloc'presque parfaite : compétition de cuisine entre étudiants de l’EDHEC sur le modèle de l’émission « Un Dîner Presque Parfait ». - Les Love Box : nous distribuons des petites boîtes de mignardises confectionnées nous-mêmes que les étudiants peuvent commander pour l’élu de leur coeur pour la Saint-Valentin - Cours de cuisine
