Elle intervient sur le territoire de la communauté d'agglomération Grand Paris Seine Ouest (Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Marnes-la-Coquette, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves, Ville d'Avray) et est membre du réseau Rénovation Info Service. Elle délivre des informations et conseils gratuits, neutres et indépendants, et accompagne à ce titre aussi bien les maitres d'ouvrages particuliers que professionnels à tous les stades de leurs projets defficacité énergétique.
