Green Escalators mission er at gøre det muligt for små og mellemstore virksomheder at arbejde professionelt med HR, selvom de ikke har en HR-afdeling. Som ekstern HR-Partner løser Green Escalator disse virksomheders HR-opgaver i overensstemmelse med virksomhedernes behov og ressourcer. Green Escalator arbejder professionelt og målrettet med rekruttering, fastholdelse, udvikling og afvikling af medarbejdere, som alt sammen skal understøtte virksomhedens overordnede mål og strategi. Det kræver forretningsmæssigt fokus, men også en sund balance mellem hoved og hjerte. Vi løser enkeltopgaver, som f.eks. rekruttering, ledelsessparring, MUS, teamudvikling og udvikling af personalepolitikker, ligesom vi indgår i længerevarende samarbejder, hvor den eksterne HR Partner bliver en fast tilknyttet person, som sidder i virksomheden f.eks. en eller to dage om ugen. Med Green Escalator som ekstern HR-Partner får virksomhederne et øget og professionelt fokus på HR, som støtter op omkring virksomhedernes mål og resultater.

As an Urban Forestry Firm, we offer a different perspective than a traditional tree care company. Our goal is to maximize the benefits of trees in the Urban Forest and manage risks that could adversely impact their overall longevity.
